Highest Praise Productions, Inc. (a Georgia Sub-S Corporation) was founded by Fred McKinnon, a Christian producer, arranger, and worship leader. The mission of HPP is to help the Body of Christ in becoming worshipers “in spirit and truth”. (John 4:24)
In 1995, Fred McKinnon was serving as the Music Director for New Life Christian Fellowship in Vicskburg, MS. During this time he began to produce live and studio recordings for himself and other independent artists. In addition, he was doing arrangements and demos for songwriters – many of whom are now published on major record labels.
As this “business” began to grow, Highest Praise Productions was formed. HPP was an early-adopted and created HighestPraise.Com and offered free downloads of .mp3 files, MIDI files, and lyrics of the songs that were being produced.
Soon afterwards, HPP officially began accepting material for publishing through the publishing subsidiary, “HPP Publishing Company”.
Today, HPP offers full production services, publishing, and administrative publishing to many worship artists and songwriters.
